There are six icons in a row; five of them are weapons, and the last one lets you drop the weapon you're holding. Here's a list of the weapons you can use:

A Little Advice for Mad Doctor
- As you progress through the levels and defeat the doctor, you'll earn coins. Use these coins to unlock new weapons. Your game will become more colorful as you acquire different weapons, but initially, you'll only have your bare hands.
