Health Bar

Another crucial aspect of the game. See a doctor if your health bar is low. If you can't afford a medical visit, consider alternative options like a chiropractor or a witch doctor. Note that happiness can affect your health, especially if your character becomes depressed.

Actions in BitLife

Age: Press it to get one year older.
Occupation: At the bottom left, you'll see school or occupation buttons depending on the age. Manage school and career here.
Assets: Buy and sell real estate and cars in the assets section at the bottom left.
Relationships: Manage relationships with family and friends in this section.
Activities: Access activities at the bottom-right, including visiting a casino, emigrating, committing a crime, or making a doctor's appointment.
